Regent Enterprises posted Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) revenue from operations of Rs 13,827 lakh, down about 42 percent from Rs 23,867 lakh in Q1 FY26. Profit after tax rose to Rs 253 lakh versus Rs 164 lakh, partly aided by exceptional items of Rs 90 lakh. EPS improved to Rs 0.76 from Rs 0.49. Auditor flagged an emphasis of matter noting debtors, creditors and advances remain subject to confirmation and reconciliation.
Weak top line but higher bottom line, lifted by one-off exceptional items. Pending balance confirmations flagged by auditor warrant caution.
