On the reaction day the stock moved 3.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The National Company Law Tribunal in Mumbai on 16 October 2026 allowed RCOM to have the company registrar process its request for a three-month extension to hold the FY2025-26 AGM, up to 31 December 2026. The 30 September 2026 AGM deadline passed because the government portal blocked filings while RCOM remains under insolvency resolution. The tribunal also barred penalty action for portal-related delays. The extension is not yet approved.
Reduces penalty risk over delayed AGM filings, but the extension and the company's insolvency plan remain pending, so no clear stock impact.
