RCOM, under IBC insolvency resolution since June 2019, filed a SEBI-mandated default disclosure for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The entire bank and financial institution loan outstanding of Rs 27,685 crore is in default. Total financial indebtedness stands at Rs 40,121 crore. Additional unprovided interest of Rs 40,121 crore on bank loans and Rs 3,880 crore on NCDs is excluded. All amounts are treated as default because lenders have filed claims under the IBC process.
Full default confirmed on bank debt; equity outcome continues to depend on the long-pending IBC resolution process with no near-term recovery visible.
