On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Reliance Communications has applied to BSE and NSE to reclassify Reliance Capital Limited from its Promoter and Promoter Group category to the Public category under SEBI Regulation 31A. The board approved the move on February 13, 2026. RCOM has been under corporate insolvency resolution process since June 2019, with its affairs managed by Resolution Professional Anish Niranjan Nanavaty.
If approved, Reliance Capital will no longer count as a promoter of RCOM, changing promoter classification but not actual ownership.
