RIIL reported Q2 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 8.35 lakh, down 31% from Rs 12.17 lakh a year ago. Half year revenue fell to Rs 16.99 lakh versus Rs 24.63 lakh. Consolidated profit after tax was Rs 2.80 lakh in Q2 versus Rs 3.06 lakh earlier. However total comprehensive income swung to a loss of Rs 6.21 lakh due to negative other comprehensive income. Operating cash flow stayed negative at minus Rs 15.39 lakh for the half year. Auditors Chaturvedi and Shah LLP issued an unqualified review report.
Sharp revenue decline and persistent negative operating cash flow may weigh on sentiment. OCI hit from valuations is dragging overall bottom line.
