Reliance Industries reported September 2026 quarter revenue from operations of Rs 332,861 crore, up 28.6% year on year, and reported profit of Rs 29,550 crore, up 33.8%. Half-year revenue rose 27.0%, but profit was nearly flat at Rs 52,746 crore and the segment EBITDA margin narrowed from 15.3% to 14.4%. Operating cash flow was Rs 93,055 crore. The Board also authorised debt issuance of up to Rs 15,000 crore.
Strong quarterly growth is positive, but flat half-year profit and a narrower margin may temper sentiment; added debt could raise interest costs.
