Reliance Industries reported revenue from operations of Rs 332,861 crore for September 2026 quarter, up 28.6% year on year, and consolidated PAT of Rs 29,250 crore, up 32.1%. Including associates and joint ventures, PAT was Rs 29,550 crore, up 33.8%. Half-year revenue rose 27.0% to Rs 644,711 crore, but PAT fell 1.1% to Rs 52,251 crore. Review was unmodified. The board authorised up to Rs 15,000 crore of non-convertible debentures.
Strong Q2 growth supports sentiment, while nearly flat H1 PAT and the planned debt raise temper the near-term outlook.
