Reliance Infra wins arbitration against MMRDA, awarded Rs 157.64 crore

Reliance Infrastructure won an arbitration case against MMRDA over subordinated debt given to Mumbai Metro One, its joint venture operating the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar metro line. The tribunal granted Rs 157.64 crore plus interest to the company by a 3:0 majority. The dispute relates to the 74:26 joint venture between Reliance Infrastructure and MMRDA.
