Religare Enterprises reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹8,493.84 crore, a 14.7% YoY increase from ₹7,405.47 crore in FY25. However, consolidated PAT declined significantly to ₹73.16 crore from ₹182.75 crore in FY25, a drop of approximately 60%. Q4 FY26 showed stronger sequential performance with revenue of ₹2,473.3 crore (up 20.66% YoY) and PAT of ₹95.65 crore. Key subsidiaries performed well: Health Insurance (CHIL) grew gross written premium by 24% to ₹11,417 crore with market share rising to 19.7%, and Broking (RBL) reported operating income of ₹373.4 crore. RFL became debt-free with ₹898.8 crore net worth and ₹591 crore cash balance following RBI's removal of Corrective Action Plan restrictions. The company completed a ₹1,500 crore capital raise and is proceeding with the demerger of its Financial Services business.
The sharp PAT decline despite revenue growth signals cost or provisioning pressures that concern investors, though strong operational metrics in insurance and broking, improving credit ratings across subsidiaries, and the capital raise provide a positive outlook for FY27.
