Q1 FY27 revenue rose to Rs 35.19 cr from Rs 26.62 cr YoY (about 32% growth). PAT jumped to Rs 45.14 lakh from Rs 21.07 lakh. Board approved Rs 27.5 cr capex for UHP tubes capacity addition of 500 MTPA. Raising Rs 22.2 cr via preferential issue at Rs 180 per share to promoter group and others including WSG of South Korea. Vishwambhar Saraf resigned, Rajendra Saraf became Chairman, Ritvik Saraf joined board. Order book at Rs 114 cr.
Positive: strong revenue and profit growth plus capacity expansion in UHP tubes. Some equity dilution from preferential issue.
