Resolution Professional replaced; new RP appointed by NCLT

Opto Circuits, which has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since 16 November 2022, has had its Resolution Professional replaced. At the 39th Committee of Creditors meeting on 14 July 2026, members holding 78.62 percent voting share voted to replace Mr. Pankaj Srivastava with M/s. Waterfall Insolvency Professional Private Limited, represented by Ms. Shirley Mathew. The NCLT Bengaluru Bench approved the change on 31 August 2026. Next hearing is on 17 September 2026.
