Resonance Specialties reported a strong FY25 with revenue from operations rising about 41% to Rs. 7,780.66 lakhs (vs Rs. 5,530.09 lakhs in FY24), driven by both domestic growth (India revenue up ~80%) and steady export revenue. Profit after tax jumped about 121% to Rs. 656.62 lakhs (vs Rs. 296.84 lakhs), with EPS rising to Rs. 5.65 from Rs. 2.56. Q4FY25 also showed a sharp jump — revenue up ~48% YoY and PAT up over 4.5x. The Board declared a dividend of Re. 1 per share (10%) with record date July 29, 2025. Statutory auditor Kailash Chand Jain & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. However, operating cash flow turned negative at Rs. (197.82) lakhs vs positive Rs. 416.37 lakhs last year, mainly due to a large build-up in trade receivables and inventory.
Strong top-line and profit growth, a maiden dividend, and a clean audit report are positive for shareholders. The sharp swing to negative operating cash flow despite higher profits is a watch point — it suggests the company is funding growth through working capital stretch, which may pressure liquidity if it continues.
