Resonance Specialties reported a strong FY25 with revenue from operations rising to Rs. 7,780.66 lakhs from Rs. 5,530.09 lakhs in FY24, a growth of around 41%. Profit after tax jumped to Rs. 656.62 lakhs from Rs. 296.84 lakhs, more than doubling year-on-year, while EPS improved to Rs. 5.65 from Rs. 2.56. Q4 alone saw revenue of Rs. 2,420.17 lakhs (up about 48% YoY) and PAT of Rs. 305.75 lakhs (up over 350% YoY). The Board has recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per share (10% on face value of Rs. 10) with a record date of July 29, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors Kailash Chand Jain & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financials.
Strong topline and earnings growth, supported by export revenue and higher India sales, signals improving business momentum and is positive for shareholders. The 10% dividend is a modest but welcome return, though investors should note that operating cash flow turned negative in FY25 due to a sharp rise in trade receivables and inventory build-up.
