Resonance Specialties reported strong Q3 FY26 results with revenue from operations rising about 26% year-on-year to Rs. 2,296.27 lakhs (vs Rs. 1,823.82 lakhs in Q3 FY25). For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue grew roughly 23% to Rs. 6,577.04 lakhs versus Rs. 5,360.49 lakhs a year earlier. Profit after tax surged to Rs. 251.28 lakhs in Q3 (vs Rs. 111.55 lakhs) and to Rs. 580.02 lakhs for nine months (vs Rs. 350.87 lakhs, which had included a Rs. 77.34 lakh exceptional item). Basic EPS stood at Rs. 2.18 for the quarter and Rs. 5.02 for nine months. The Board also appointed Ms. Dhara Shah as Independent Director for five years, elevated Mr. Raj Kamal Prasad Verma as the new Chairman (replacing Mrs. Archana Yadav who completes her second term), and reconstituted all key board committees. The statutory auditor (Kailash Chand Jain & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Sharp revenue growth, expanding margins, and a sharp jump in profit signal strong operational momentum, likely a positive catalyst for the stock in the near term. The Board refresh with a new Independent Director and Chairman improves governance continuity.
