Resourceful Automobile Ltd reported its H1FY26 (April–September 2025) results with revenue from operations largely flat at ₹811.79 lakhs versus ₹812.20 lakhs in H1FY25. The company swung back to a net profit of ₹21.27 lakhs from a loss of ₹68.38 lakhs in the same period last year, with EPS improving to ₹0.80 from a loss of ₹2.57 per share. Total income stood at ₹841.40 lakhs. Long-term borrowings jumped sharply to ₹1,143.86 lakhs from ₹513.40 lakhs as of March 2025, and operating cash flow was deeply negative at ₹(655.26) lakhs versus ₹(414.21) lakhs a year ago. The auditor changed from M/s NYS & Associates to NGMKS & Associates, and IPO proceeds of ₹11.99 crores raised in August 2024 are nearly fully utilised with only ₹1.66 lakhs remaining in the escrow account.
The return to profitability is a positive signal, but flat revenue, surging long-term debt and sharply negative operating cashflow suggest working capital strain and increased dependence on borrowings, which investors should weigh carefully.
