On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.7 pts less than its Restaurants peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 revenue rose 20% to Rs 844 crore. Restaurant EBITDA increased 73% to Rs 91.8 crore, and company EBITDA rose 281% to Rs 43.2 crore. India posted 14% same-store growth and Rs 55 crore EBITDA. Management expects restaurant EBITDA margin to move from 13% toward 15% over four to six quarters, aided by volume and supply-chain efficiencies. It sees scope for 80 to 100 India openings next year. Indonesia improved, but Popeyes remained weak.
Strong earnings and margin gains can support the stock. India expansion is positive, but Popeyes losses and food-cost pressure remain risks.
