Consolidated September-quarter revenue rose 20.6% to Rs 844.85 crore, while the net loss narrowed 62% to Rs 23.79 crore. Standalone profit was Rs 1.56 crore versus a Rs 2.02 crore loss; half-year operating cash flow was positive at Rs 219.49 crore. The board approved a 371.5 billion rupiah loan conversion into preference shares at its Indonesian subsidiary, pending shareholder approval. Prior full-year figures included exceptional charges.
Revenue growth and a narrower loss are positive, but the group remains loss-making. Indonesian funding needs and possible share dilution add risk.
