C & C Constructions reported Q3 FY26 standalone total income of Rs. 51.49 million (essentially all 'Other Income', with nil revenue from operations) and a profit of Rs. 24.40 million for the quarter, but a loss of Rs. 17.49 million for the nine months ended December 2025. The company is in an unusual situation: it was originally sent into liquidation under the IBC, but was sold as a going concern to M/s R K Constructions for Rs. 104 crore on December 27, 2024. The new management has only limited financial records from the Liquidator, the formal closure of the liquidation is still pending before the NCLT, and an application seeking reliefs and concessions has been filed. The auditor (ASG & Associates) issued an unmodified review opinion with a detailed Emphasis of Matter flagging reliance on incomplete records, pending NCLT proceedings, old TDS prosecution notices, and EPF damages summons of Rs. 0.96 crore. The board also approved investment in Ceigall Transmission and Distribution Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary) and re-constituted key committees.
For shareholders, the business is effectively dormant with no operating revenue and the nine-month performance is a loss; the numbers carry significant uncertainty because the formal liquidation process is still open and asset/liability adjustments from the IBC sale are pending. The stock remains a high-risk, speculative name where future figures could change materially once NCLT reliefs and the Liquidator's final records are factored in.
