Retaggio Industries Ltd, a gold and diamond jewellery manufacturer (BSE: 544391), announced its audited financial results for FY ended 31st March 2025. Net sales for FY25 came in at Rs 2,349.21 lakhs compared to Rs 2,312.18 lakhs in FY24, a marginal rise of about 1.6%. Total income stood at Rs 2,349.21 lakhs (FY24: Rs 2,377.83 lakhs). Profit after tax for FY25 was Rs 310.93 lakhs versus Rs 340.94 lakhs in FY24, reflecting a decline of roughly 8.8%. Basic and diluted EPS stood at Rs 2.60 for the year. The second half (Oct 2024 to Mar 2025) was much stronger than the first half, with PAT of Rs 162.16 lakhs versus Rs 81.13 lakhs in H1.
Results are largely flat year-on-year with mild revenue growth offsetting a slight dip in profitability. A clean, unmodified audit opinion from statutory auditors is reassuring for shareholders. No major red flags were disclosed, but the company is still in its early years (incorporated 2022) and growth remains modest.
