Revathi Equipment India reported Q1FY27 standalone revenue of 29.48 cr, up about 33% from 22.24 cr in Q1FY26. Standalone net profit rose 11% to 0.70 cr from 0.63 cr. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to 30.02 cr and net profit jumped sharply to 2.04 cr from 0.57 cr, helped by subsidiary contributions. Auditor S S Kothari Mehta issued an unqualified limited review. No auditor change, exceptional items or debt defaults reported for the quarter.
Strong topline growth and big consolidated PAT jump signal expansion; standalone margins stay thin at about 2.4%, watch for sustainability.
