Silverline Technologies submitted revised standalone and consolidated audited results for FY ended March 2026 to BSE, superseding the earlier submission. FY26 revenue from operations jumped to Rs 20,356 lakh from Rs 3,371 lakh in FY25, a growth of around 504 percent, driven by the agriculture segment. Profit before tax was Rs 225 lakh against a Rs 43 lakh loss last year. However, a tax expense of Rs 619 lakh pushed net profit into a loss of Rs 394 lakh. Q4 FY26 standalone showed a sharp loss of Rs 2,643 lakh on revenue of only Rs 340 lakh. Auditor issued an unqualified opinion.
Strong top-line growth but bottom line still in loss. Q4 standalone loss is sharply negative, raising concern about near-term profitability and quality of revenue.
