On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.5 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Q2 revenue fell 43% to Rs 26.42 lakh from Rs 46.56 lakh, with a Rs 42.40 lakh pre-tax loss and a net loss. The half year was loss-making and operating cash used Rs 56.56 lakh. Other expenses included a one-off Rs 45.72 lakh filing fee after authorised capital was increased. Borrowings reached Rs 110.23 lakh. Parikh and Associates was named internal auditor.
Negative: revenue fell sharply, the quarter and half year were loss-making, operating cash was negative, and new borrowing raises leverage.
