RHI Magnesita India (RHIM) reported standalone Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 903.5 crore, up about 16.7% YoY from Rs 774.3 crore, with standalone PAT rising to Rs 68.9 crore from Rs 56.2 crore. On a 9-month basis, standalone revenue grew 20.3% to Rs 2,570.9 crore, but standalone PAT fell roughly 16% to Rs 156.7 crore (from Rs 186.6 crore). Consolidated Q3 PAT rose about 29.5% YoY to Rs 61.6 crore, yet consolidated 9M PAT declined about 18.7% to Rs 135.2 crore. Other expenses surged on both standalone and consolidated bases, and EBITDA margins compressed materially at the 9-month level (consolidated EBITDA margin fell to ~11.6% from ~14.9%). The company completed the acquisition of Ashwath Technologies via subsidiary IEIPL in August 2025 and merged RHI Magnesita Seven Refractories into another wholly owned subsidiary effective February 2026. Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report with no qualifications.
Mixed signals for shareholders: top-line growth is healthy, especially in the standalone business, but rising costs (including a Rs 5.5 crore hit from new labour codes) have squeezed 9-month profitability and margins. Near-term stock reaction may be cautious given the profit decline on a 9-month view, while long-term investors may watch margin recovery and integration of newly acquired Ashwath Technologies.
