The Board of Riba Textiles approved unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 along with a clean (unqualified) Limited Review Report from statutory auditors Ashwani K. Sindwani & Co. Half-year revenue from operations fell ~13.5% YoY to Rs 119.29 crore (vs Rs 137.84 crore), while net profit declined ~10.8% to Rs 3.63 crore (vs Rs 4.07 crore). For Q2 standalone, revenue dipped ~10.5% YoY to Rs 69.04 crore and net profit was nearly flat at Rs 2.91 crore (vs Rs 2.94 crore), with EPS of Rs 3.01. Operating cash flow improved sharply to Rs 15.42 crore (from Rs 5.16 crore) aided by lower receivables, though heavy capex of Rs 19.31 crore in PPE pushed total borrowings up to Rs 74.77 crore (from Rs 61.39 crore). The company operates solely in terry towel manufacturing.
The double-digit revenue and profit decline in H1 FY26 is a near-term negative for the stock, but margins held up reasonably and operating cash generation strengthened materially. The aggressive capex has expanded the balance sheet and lifted debt; investors should watch whether the new capacity translates into revenue recovery in H2.
