Rich Universe Network Ltd reported audited results for Q4 and FY25 (ended 31 March 2025). The company posted a net loss of Rs. 29.32 lakhs for the full year, a significant widening from the Rs. 8.79 lakh loss in FY24. Total income for the year appears to have come in around Rs. 2.81 lakhs against expenses of roughly Rs. 31.03 lakhs, indicating weak revenue relative to costs. The statutory auditor, Srivastava S & Co., issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the standalone results. Cash flow from operating activities was negative at Rs. (4.17) lakhs, with closing cash balance of Rs. 3.90 lakhs. The board also approved the appointment of V. Agnihotri & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30) and Astha Chaturvedi as Internal Auditor for FY26.
Shareholders should note the worsening bottom line (loss more than tripled YoY) and negative operating cash flow, signalling continued pressure on the small NBFC/financial services business. However, with an unmodified audit opinion, no reported borrowings strain, and stable equity of Rs. 725.28 lakhs, the immediate solvency risk appears contained.
