Riddhi Corporate Services Ltd announced its unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended 30 September 2025), reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 13.36 crore from Rs 10.71 crore in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 25% year-on-year. Total income for the quarter came in at Rs 13.79 crore vs Rs 11.03 crore, while profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs 3.11 crore from Rs 1.32 crore, nearly 2.4x higher year-on-year. EPS stood at Rs 2.60 for the quarter vs Rs 1.09 earlier. For the half year (H1 FY26), revenue doubled to Rs 24.07 crore and PAT grew about 42% to Rs 4.43 crore. The auditor (Jain Kedia & Sharma) issued an unqualified review report, and the company also appointed Mr. Kalpeshbhai Chandrakishorebhai Shukla as an Additional Independent Director.
Strong double-digit revenue growth combined with a sharp jump in profitability signals improving business momentum, which is positive for shareholders. The clean auditor review and addition of an independent director strengthen governance disclosures.
