RIR Power Electronics posted strong Q2 FY26 (quarter ended September 30, 2025) standalone results, with revenue rising 36.3% year-on-year to ₹25.64 crore and 22% sequentially from Q1 FY26. EBITDA nearly doubled to ₹4.36 crore, up 77% YoY, while EBITDA margin expanded to 17.01% from 13.09% a year ago, a gain of about 392 basis points. Profit after tax more than doubled YoY to ₹3.15 crore (PAT margin of 11.97%), and basic EPS rose to ₹0.47 from ₹0.21. The company also secured ₹32.56 crore in fiscal support for Phase 1 of its ₹618 crore Silicon Carbide semiconductor plant in Bhubaneswar and is working on getting listed on NSE after board approval in August 2025.
Broadly positive for shareholders — strong double-digit revenue growth, margin expansion, and a doubling of profits signal improving operating leverage. Backed by government fiscal support for a large SiC facility and an upcoming NSE listing that could improve liquidity, the stock may attract renewed investor interest, though the absolute earnings base remains small.
