Rishi Techtex's board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with an unmodified audit opinion from statutory auditors HRK & Co. No dividend was recommended. For FY25, revenue from operations rose to Rs. 12,562.23 lakhs from Rs. 11,173.57 lakhs (up about 12.4%), while profit after tax jumped roughly 70% to Rs. 229.94 lakhs from Rs. 134.83 lakhs, lifting EPS to Rs. 3.11 vs Rs. 1.82. Q4 alone saw revenue of Rs. 3,558 lakhs (up ~20%) and PAT of Rs. 107.57 lakhs versus Rs. 32.14 lakhs a year earlier. The board also re-appointed VSSK & Co. as internal auditor for FY26 and appointed Sudhanwa S. Kalamkar & Associates as secretarial auditor for a five-year term starting FY26. Operating cash flow slipped to Rs. 519.63 lakhs from Rs. 597.88 lakhs, and cash on hand remains thin at just Rs. 8.96 lakhs.
Strong profit growth and an improving bottom line are positives for shareholders, though the company skipped a dividend and its operating cash flow and cash balance are weakening, which may raise near-term liquidity concerns.
