Rishi Techtex posted strong Q2 FY26 results with revenue from operations rising about 26% year-on-year to Rs 3,925.05 lakhs (vs Rs 3,109.07 lakhs in Q2 FY25). Profit after tax jumped roughly 72% to Rs 90.57 lakhs (vs Rs 52.59 lakhs), while profit before tax climbed to Rs 138.35 lakhs from Rs 89.55 lakhs a year ago. For the first half of FY26, revenue grew nearly 19% to Rs 6,952.65 lakhs and PAT rose about 70% to Rs 156 lakhs against Rs 91.78 lakhs in H1 FY25. Basic EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 1.23 versus Rs 0.71 in the year-ago period. The statutory auditor HRK & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications, and the company confirmed there are no exceptional or extraordinary items. Net cash from operating activities also improved sharply to Rs 361.49 lakhs in H1 FY26 from Rs 208.10 lakhs a year ago.
The combination of double-digit revenue growth, sharp profit expansion, healthy operating cash flows, and a clean audit report is a positive signal for shareholders. The small-cap stock is likely to see constructive sentiment, though investors should keep in mind the modest absolute scale of operations.
