Ritco Logistics reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 39,264 lakh, up 25.5% YoY from Rs 31,296 lakh. Standalone revenue rose 24.3% to Rs 38,881 lakh. However, consolidated PAT dipped 5.2% to Rs 963.5 lakh vs Rs 1,016 lakh, while standalone PAT grew 5.8% to Rs 1,378.6 lakh. Nine-month consolidated PAT fell 4.2% to Rs 2,792 lakh despite 31% revenue growth. PBT margins compressed to 3.7% from 4.7%, hit by higher employee, finance, and depreciation costs. Auditor issued unmodified opinion.
Strong topline growth but margin pressure on rising costs. Watch for sustainability of profitability as expenses outpace revenue gains.
