RITES Limited's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose marginally to Rs. 455.73 crore (from Rs. 453.78 crore in Q1 FY25), with profit after tax at Rs. 66.65 crore (vs Rs. 64.86 crore). Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 489.74 crore and PAT at Rs. 90.89 crore. The board declared a first interim dividend of Rs. 1.30 per share (13%) for FY26, with record date August 12, 2025. The company also appointed M/s Agarwal S. & Associates as secretarial auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified review report with an emphasis-of-matter note on the ongoing liquidation of joint venture IRSDC and dissolution of MMG-Metro Management Group.
Results are largely flat year-on-year with marginal growth in revenue and profit, indicating stable but not accelerating performance. The 13% interim dividend is a positive for income-seeking shareholders, while the emphasis-of-matter on IRSDC liquidation is a watchpoint though management sees no impairment risk.
