On the reaction day the stock moved 2.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.2 pts less than its Other Textile Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
On 2 September 2026, RLF allotted 13,00,000 equity shares at Rs 10.50 each to Ashish Khanna and Aditya Khanna, both from the promoter group. The shares convert Rs 1.365 crore of outstanding unsecured loans into equity, so no cash was received. Each share has Rs 10 face value and Rs 0.50 premium. Paid-up capital rose to Rs 10.943 crore from Rs 9.643 crore. The allotment is a related-party transaction and will not change control.
Debt is reduced through equity conversion, but promoter-group ownership rises to 42.44 percent and existing shareholders face dilution.
