On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.6 pts more than its Computers - Software & Consulting peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
BSE has granted a no-objection letter to RNIT AI Solutions Limited for reclassifying three individuals, Mr. Vivek Kumar Ratakonda, Mr. Venkateswara Prasad Ratakonda, and Mr. Vinayak Talwar, from the Promoter and Promoter Group category to the Public category under Regulation 31A of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. This follows earlier company disclosures made in July and August 2026. The move means these shareholders will no longer be counted as part of the promoter group. No shares are being bought or sold, this is only a change in classification status.
Promoter group's effective shareholding in the company reduces as these three members' shares will now be treated as public holding. No change in actual ownership.
