Robust Hotels Limited has informed the Exchange about Legal case

Robust Hotels Limited has won a commercial suit it had filed against M/s. Ramani Hotels Limited in the Madras High Court (later transferred to the Principal Commercial Court, Egmore, Chennai). The dispute related to reimbursement of expenses incurred by Robust Hotels on behalf of both parties as co-owners of the property at 365, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai (Hyatt Regency). The court, in its judgment dated July 15, 2025, directed Ramani Hotels to pay Rs. 34,20,581 along with applicable taxes and interest at 9% per annum from the date of plaint until realization, with two months given for payment. The court also ruled that the suit was filed within the limitation period, rejecting the defendant's defense.
