Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Rolex Rings reported Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 2,713.83M, down around 10% from Rs 3,002.72M YoY. Net profit was Rs 443.38M vs Rs 492.62M YoY. H1 revenue fell about 8% to Rs 5,629.66M, with PAT at Rs 934.94M. Auditor SRBC gave a qualified review citing a Rs 2,278.60M demand notice from consortium banks over a past CDR settlement, against which the company has provisioned Rs 506M. The same matter had qualified earlier opinions. Two promoter group members also sought reclassification to public category.
Revenue decline and a recurring auditor qualification on the unresolved Rs 2,278.60M bank demand remain the key overhangs for shareholders.
