On the reaction day the stock moved 4.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Rollatainers allotted 134,529,149 convertible warrants at Rs 2.23 each to three investors. Total commitments are Rs 30 crore; 25 percent, or Rs 7.5 crore, has been received. Each warrant converts into one share within 18 months. It approved a cash purchase of 62.14 percent of Satelite Forging at Rs 48.95 per share, making it a wholly owned unit. Satelite's FY26 turnover was Rs 71.55 crore. The related-party deal has shareholder approval.
Warrant conversion may dilute holders, while the acquisition could add scale. Paid-up capital is unchanged until conversion; the deal is not complete.
