Rolta India: Monitoring Committee set up after NCLT clears Ashdan Properties plan

NCLT Mumbai approved the resolution plan submitted by Ashdan Properties Private Limited for Rolta India on December 15, 2025. A Monitoring Committee has now been constituted to oversee implementation and manage day-to-day operations until the transfer date. The erstwhile Resolution Professional will be part of this committee and will act as the key decision-making authority during the implementation period.
