Rossari Biotech reported record Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 697.6 crore, up 19 percent year on year, and EBITDA of Rs 87 crore, up 21 percent. Gross margin was 31.6 percent and EBITDA margin 12.5 percent. Management plans margin improvement through cost control, better product mix and exiting low-margin businesses. Net debt fell to Rs 221 crore in H1, with debt reduction remaining the first use of cash.
Record growth and lower debt are positive, but freight costs and planned Saudi investment may limit near-term earnings and cash flow gains.
