On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.0 pts more than its Tea & Coffee peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Rossell India reported H1 FY26 revenue of Rs 12,443 lakh, up about 13% from Rs 11,014 lakh last year, with Q2 revenue at Rs 8,085 lakh. PAT was nearly flat at Rs 3,537 lakh versus Rs 3,557 lakh. EPS stood at Rs 9.38. PBT dipped about 4% to Rs 3,917 lakh. Comparisons are not even because of the Dhoedaam Tea Estate acquired on 1 January 2025. Worryingly, operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 961 lakh versus positive Rs 150 lakh a year ago, driven by higher inventories and receivables. Auditor Khandelwal Ray and Co. issued an unmodified review.
Mixed: revenue growth thanks to new estate offset by flat profits and negative operating cash flow. Watch working capital closely.
