On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.4 pts less than its Compressors Pumps & Diesel Engines peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 standalone and consolidated unaudited results (ended September 30, 2025), reviewed by statutory auditors R N Marwah and Co LLP with an unmodified opinion. It also cleared three items: issuance of a Standby Letter of Credit up to USD 2.00 million for wholly owned UAE subsidiary Roto Pumps MENA FZE to support its business; appointment of Mr. Mahesh Bhupal Kinikar as General Manager Sales and Service (over 30 years experience in industrial capital goods); and noted the earlier 2:1 bonus share allotment done in July 2025.
Routine quarterly results. The USD 2M arm credit adds a contingent liability on the parent for the UAE unit. New senior hire is an operational update.
