Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue was Rs 1,179.67 crore and net profit Rs 82.55 crore, against Rs 1,119.42 crore and Rs 43.60 crore year ago. It declared an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share (40%), with November 2 as the record date. It withdrew the plan to redirect Rs 65 crore of IPO proceeds; they remain for Mumbai office premises. Standalone six-month operating cash flow was negative Rs 126.69 crore; the auditor changed after the June quarter.
Profit and the 40% dividend are positive, but prior-year profit included a large one-off charge and standalone operating cash flow was negative.
