His holding remains 32,90,140 shares, or 61.50%, while pledged shares fell to nil. The revised filing corrects earlier data that wrongly showed 10,00,000 pledged shares after the release.
The pledge release reduces financing-secured risk and frees 18.69% of the company’s shares from encumbrance. It is not a sale and does not change the promoter’s ownership.
