RR Financial Consultants reported its audited annual results for FY25. On a consolidated basis, total revenue rose about 36% to ₹2,702.50 lakhs (vs ₹1,987.18 lakhs in FY24), driven mainly by sharp growth in the brokerage and related subsidiaries. Profit before tax jumped to ₹382.12 lakhs from ₹65.82 lakhs, and net profit (after minority interest) surged to ₹250.08 lakhs from ₹37.05 lakhs — a roughly 6x rise. EPS improved to ₹2.26 from ₹0.33. Operating cash flow also turned positive at ₹98.67 lakhs, compared to a negative ₹229.01 lakhs last year. Standalone numbers remain small (revenue ₹96.79 lakhs, PAT ₹19.50 lakhs) as the company functions largely as a holding entity. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results.
A strong turnaround year at the consolidated level with robust revenue growth, sharply higher profits, and a return to positive operating cash flow. Clean audit opinion reinforces confidence. Stock may react positively given the steep jump in earnings, though standalone metrics are modest and the business remains small overall.
