RR Financial Consultants reported consolidated revenue of Rs 854.58 lakhs for Q2 FY26 (vs Rs 579.61 lakhs in Q2 FY25), taking H1 FY26 revenue to Rs 1,916.23 lakhs, up about 54% from Rs 1,244.56 lakhs in H1 FY25. Net profit after tax and minority interest jumped to Rs 249.03 lakhs in Q2 FY26 (vs Rs 41.14 lakhs) and Rs 499.48 lakhs for H1 FY26 (vs Rs 65.06 lakhs), more than a 6-fold rise. Basic EPS for H1 FY26 was Rs 4.51 vs Rs 0.59 in H1 FY25. Total assets grew from Rs 6,730.84 lakhs to Rs 8,163.75 lakhs, largely driven by a sharp jump in inventories and trade receivables. However, consolidated operating cash flow turned negative at Rs (513.32) lakhs in H1 FY26 versus a positive Rs 131.06 lakhs last year, mainly due to a rise in inventory and receivables.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth on the consolidated side is a positive signal for shareholders, supported by brokerage and subsidiary operations. However, the swing to negative operating cash flow and a big increase in inventories and short-term borrowings indicate that reported profits are not yet translating into cash, which investors should watch closely.
