On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts more than its Other Textile Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

RSWM's September 2025 quarter posted revenue from operations of Rs 1,149.95 crore, down 1.4 percent year on year, but profit rose to Rs 6.28 crore from a Rs 21.20 crore loss. Half-year profit was Rs 13.24 crore versus a Rs 34.88 crore loss. The board approved buying LNJ Greenpet in full from a group company for Rs 20.01 crore; the target had no turnover in the year to March 2025. It approved closing the Chhata spinning unit and investing Rs 60 crore in renewable energy.
The profit rebound may help the stock, but lower sales, the Chhata closure and spending on a new subsidiary and renewable energy create risks.
