On the reaction day the stock moved 2.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.5 pts less than its Rubber peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Rubfila International submitted unaudited Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26 results, reviewed by statutory auditors Mohan & Mohan Associates, who issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Standalone revenue from operations grew to ₹12,161 lakhs in Q3 (up ~3.8% YoY from ₹11,716 lakhs) and ₹37,321 lakhs for 9M (up ~9% YoY). However, standalone Q3 profit after tax fell sharply to ₹493 lakhs (down ~25% YoY from ₹657 lakhs), while 9M PAT rose modestly to ₹1,806 lakhs. Consolidated 9M revenue grew to ₹44,190 lakhs and consolidated 9M PAT was ₹2,019 lakhs (down ~4% YoY). The audit confirms no restatement, no exceptional items, and no material concerns flagged. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Premier Tissues India Limited is included in the consolidated numbers.
Mixed bag for shareholders: topline growth is healthy but Q3 profitability took a hit with sharp PAT decline and margin compression, even as 9M full-year picture remains stable. Clean audit opinion and positive operating cash flow are positives, but investors should watch whether the Q3 margin pressure persists in Q4.
