Ruchi Infrastructure submitted its Q1 FY26 unaudited results to the exchanges. Standalone revenue from operations rose about 15% year-on-year to ₹1,093 lacs, while net profit jumped to ₹738 lacs from ₹77 lacs, largely aided by a sharp rise in other income (₹697 lacs vs ₹78 lacs). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew modestly to ₹1,653 lacs and net profit climbed to ₹858 lacs from ₹220 lacs. Standalone EPS came in at ₹0.28 versus near-zero a year ago, and consolidated EPS at ₹0.33 versus ₹0.06. The Board also approved the re-constitution of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, appointed P. Diwan & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and re-appointed SMAK & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a second term of two years. Statutory auditors issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
The headline profit surge is largely driven by a spike in other income rather than a sharp pickup in core operations, so investors should look at revenue and operating profit trends rather than just the bottom line. The auditor reappointment and committee changes are routine governance actions and unlikely to move the stock. EPS turning meaningfully positive year-on-year is a constructive sign, but sustainability of the other-income boost is a key thing to watch.
