Rudra Global Infra Products posted Q1 FY27 (Jun 2026) revenue of Rs 159.6 crore, up 6.7% YoY from Rs 149.5 crore. Net profit slipped to Rs 3.62 crore from Rs 3.91 crore YoY. The quarter included Rs 2 crore in exceptional items. Operating profit before finance and depreciation fell to Rs 10.5 crore from Rs 11.7 crore YoY, with margins compressing as finance costs stayed elevated at Rs 4.18 crore. EPS stood at Rs 0.36 vs Rs 0.39. Consolidated results include wholly owned subsidiary Rudra Aerospace and Defence.
Mixed quarter: top line grew but margins shrank and PAT declined YoY. High finance costs and a Rs 2 cr exceptional item weighed on bottom line.
