On the reaction day the stock moved 4.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.0 pts less than its Realty peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board of Rudrabhishek Enterprises (REPL) approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations rose to ₹2,008.03 lakhs from ₹1,935.34 lakhs in Q1 FY25, but net profit after tax slipped to ₹249.76 lakhs from ₹270.75 lakhs, with diluted EPS at ₹1.37 versus ₹1.52. Standalone performance was largely flat, with revenue at ₹1,794.62 lakhs and PAT at ₹247.78 lakhs. The board also approved the 33rd AGM notice for September 24, 2025, fixed the book closure from September 18–24, 2025, appointed Pradeep Debnath & Co. as secretarial auditor for five years, and reappointed M/s Doogar & Associates as statutory auditor for a second five-year term. The limited review reports from Doogar & Associates issued unqualified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Routine quarterly and governance update; clean audit opinion and continuity of statutory auditor are neutral positives. Slight YoY dip in consolidated profit despite revenue growth may draw mild investor attention but no material action is signalled.
