Rungta Irrigation's board approved its Q1 FY26 unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Total revenue rose to Rs 3,706.60 lakhs from Rs 3,115.93 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a year-on-year growth of around 19%. Revenue from operations grew nearly 20% YoY to Rs 3,645.35 lakhs. Profit before tax was almost flat at Rs 169.42 lakhs versus Rs 169.23 lakhs, while net profit (PAT) came in at Rs 134.77 lakhs vs Rs 126.63 lakhs, a rise of about 6%. Basic EPS stood at Rs 0.67 against Rs 0.64 a year ago. Statutory auditor M/s Mamraj & Co. issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications or observations.
Healthy top-line growth was largely offset by higher material and operating costs, keeping profit growth tepid. With no adverse auditor comments, this is a stable but unremarkable quarter for shareholders.
